Introduction:

The importance of teaching and learning the natural sciences has been of great relevance in which curricular designs are focused on teaching, in which consists and defines it as follows, is a phenomenon that is responsible for the study of nature where biology enters in this case we will talk about the parts of the human body is a complex and highly organized structure, formed by cells working together to perform specific functions necessary to maintain life. The natural sciences in conjunction with biology study the human body and define it scientifically, since it includes physiognomy, referring to the physical, and anatomy, referring to the organs or structure of the body, but in this case we will work in more detail the physiognomic part.

 


CONTENTS

PRESENTATION: In the Presentation stage, the teacher INTODUCES the topic, specific vocabulary and/or grammar structure to be taught.  Remember that this can be done using different tools, remember to relate always to previous knowledge from students.

PRACTICE: During the Practice, teachers will start slowly removing themselves from the leading role of the lesson to give the students the opportunity to use the knowledge they were introduced to in the previous stage.

PRODUCTION: In this part, the students will have to use the knowledge more independently they have been acquiring throughout the development of the lesson.

EVALUATION: How will you verify that the learning was acquired? This part of the lesson is the one you will use as a tool to verify full understanding of the lesson. Also, during this stage the students will be able to evaluate their own leaning process.

 

 

PRESENTATION

 

Objectives 

    Write, listen and correctly the parts of the body and their description.

     Recognize and describe the parts of the body.

Ø          Recognize the parts of the human body, and write them correctly.

Ø         Describe the parts of the human body and know the functioning of the senses.

Ø         Design a drawing of the bone system and place the names. Observe the human body and describe its functions.

Ø       To identifie the senses and knows how they function. It details most of the bone system and demonstrates it through activity.

It creates exercise habits to maintain a good postures

Students demonstrate what they have learned about parts of the body.

Participation and integration of different language skills.

        Recognizes the parts of his body and their different functions.

        Identify functions of all sense organs.

        Recognize how our body works

        Recognizes the main joints of the body and the movements they allow to perform

        Adopt and practice eating and hygiene habits to keep teeth and body healthy in general.

PRACTICE

The teacher will project the parts of the body showing the words of each part of the body, at the end of the presentation of the parts of the body with their names, they will present the same images without the names so that parts of the body will appear randomly for the student to use put the word on a piece of paper on the correct one.

Search in a magazine for parts of the body of different people, cut and put them together to form a body.

 Instructions:

The teacher says commands like “Simon says touch your…(body part)” or “Simon says point your … (body part)” and the students follow the instructions.

 PRODUCTION

 Activity (Description)

The teacher makes the students have an interactive classroom and group participation, making them put into practice the different language skills.

 Groups will be formed in the classroom according to the number of students.

The teacher will provide students with a series of cards (flashcards) with photos of different parts of the body.

 Ø  Give each group one or two cards according to the number of students.

 Then each organized group of students should perform the identification of the body part on a billboard, draw the body part on the billboard, and then write their function.

 For example: hands

 Function:

-          Hands help us to touch.

-          Hands help us feel.

-          The hands help us to hold or grasp, etc.

 After having organized the part of the body drawn and identifying its functions on the billboard.

 Each group should go to the front of the room and expose the part of the body that corresponds to it, making correct use of the vocabulary learned.

 Finally, the teacher will have on the board the drawing of the human body and each group must paste the (Flashcards) on the corresponding part of the body.
